VRR Software Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Finora shared expense tracking application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our services.

1. Information Collection and Use

Finora is designed to offer automatic tracking and shared expense timelines. To achieve this, we collect and process the following information:

• Account Profiles: User authentication records (managed securely via Firebase Auth).
• Transaction Alerts (SMS / Push Notifications): With your explicit permission, Finora reads incoming bank and UPI alerts locally on your device to log transaction details. No raw notification messages or credentials are stored externally or uploaded to our servers. Only the structured transaction amount, merchant name, and date are logged.
• Shared Timeline Entries: Shared expense categories, ledger amounts, and comments synchronized with your group members.
• Data Encryption: All synchronized transaction ledgers are end-to-end encrypted to protect financial privacy.

2. How Data is Used

We process and use the data for the following:

• To automatically log expenses on your local dashboard.
• To sync bill-splitting ledgers and rent transactions with your designated group partners in real time.
• We do not sell, trade, monetize, or share your financial data with credit rating agencies, banks, or third-party advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Cloud-synced data is hosted securely using Firebase Firestore database rules.
• Sensitive financial credentials are not stored, and banking alerts are processed strictly on-device.
• App access can be protected with an optional biometric or pin app-lock configuration.

4. Deletion of Account & Data

You can request the permanent erasure of your profile, UPI ledger links, and shared expense entries. For details, see our Account Deletion Instructions.
