Terms of Service for WeightBridge CRM

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the WeightBridge CRM desktop application operated by VRR Software Solutions.

1. Software Licensing

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VRR Software Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and run WeightBridge CRM on your business desktop hardware.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the desktop application or its database schemas.
• Distribute or share license keys with unauthorized third parties.
• Use the software to manipulate or record fraudulent weight entries.

3. Scale Calibration & Accuracy

WeightBridge CRM registers scale entries based on data feeds received from your physical weighbridge scale hardware interfaces. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your scales are professionally calibrated, audited, and compliant with local weight and measurement laws. VRR Software Solutions is not liable for operational errors or financial discrepancies resulting from uncalibrated scaling hardware.

4. Local Database Ownership

You retain full ownership and responsibility for the local SQLite database and ticket records. We are not responsible for database corruptions, data loss, or system failures on your hardware.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VRR Software Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential business losses (including loss of profits, business interruptions, or logistics delays) arising from the use of the desktop CRM.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
