VRR Software Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates the WeightBridge CRM desktop application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of operational details when you utilize our desktop software.

1. Information Collection and Use

WeightBridge CRM is designed as a native desktop application to manage weighbridge scale tickets and client logs locally.

Offline Data Storage: All database records (including vehicle plates, gross/tare/net weights, customer lists, and transaction ledgers) are stored entirely locally on your PC's SQLite database. We do not upload your company's operational records to our servers.
Licensing & Activation: To activate your copy, we may verify your software license key and store basic license parameters (operating system version, device identifier, activation timestamp).
Diagnostics: Technical error logs generated during software crashes can be sent to our support desk voluntarily to help debug scale drivers.

2. How Data is Used

Local operational records are used exclusively by your instance of WeightBridge CRM to calculate net weights, print receipts, and compile analytics. We have no access to your weighbridge records or business database.

3. Storage and Security

Because WeightBridge CRM runs locally on your infrastructure, the security of your operational records is your responsibility. We recommend backing up your local SQLite database file regularly and restricting unauthorized PC access.

4. Account Deletion

Since WeightBridge CRM is an offline desktop application, it does not collect or manage user profiles on online cloud servers. Therefore, there are no remote user accounts to delete. You can erase all local database files and settings by uninstalling the application and deleting its local AppData directory.
