Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ScriptSync application operated by VRR Software Solutions.

1. Terms of Use

By downloading or using ScriptSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the application.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

ScriptSync offers core features for free, with advanced options available via a Pro Subscription.

• Subscription billing is handled securely through the Google Play Store billing system.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Content & AI Usage

• You retain all ownership rights to the scripts, text, and media content you create, record, or import into ScriptSync.
• AI script writing and editing utilities are designed to support your workflow. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the generated script content complies with intellectual property laws and copyright requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VRR Software Solutions, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the teleprompter or recording software.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
