1. Agreement to Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the QuikSearch desktop application (the "Service") operated by VRR Software Solutions ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading or using QuikSearch, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the application.

2. License Grant & Application Usage

• Scope of License: VRR Software Solutions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use QuikSearch on compatible Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices for personal or commercial productivity.
• Distribution: QuikSearch is distributed via official store channels (including the Microsoft Store) and VRR Software Solutions platforms.
• System Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring your hardware and operating system meet minimum system requirements (Windows 10 64-bit or Windows 11).

3. Local Execution & System Interactivity

• QuikSearch operates as a local utility window interacting with Windows system APIs (global hotkey registration, file search, clipboard access, and process management).
• You acknowledge that features such as the Process RAM Killer perform system actions (terminating specified processes) based on your explicit commands. You are responsible for saving unsaved work prior to terminating application processes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

QuikSearch, including its original source code, architecture, design system, UI components, logo, branding, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of VRR Software Solutions. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and multi-platform software laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from compiled binaries.
• Modify, adapt, redistribute, or create derivative works based on QuikSearch without prior written permission.

5. Updates & Store Distribution

We may from time to time release updates, bug fixes, or new features for QuikSearch through the Microsoft Store or our official site. Updates may be installed automatically depending on your Windows Store settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

QuikSearch is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. VRR Software Solutions does not warrant that the application will function uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all specific user expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VRR Software Solutions, its founder Mahesh Rathod, or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, unsaved work, or process interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of QuikSearch.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
