Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Finora application operated by VRR Software Solutions.

1. Terms of Use

By downloading or using Finora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the application.

2. Accounts & Shared Timelines

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account.
• When inviting partners, roommates, or friends to a shared timeline, you agree that other participants will have access to see and modify the ledger transactions logged in that shared timeline.

3. Permissions & Auto-Tracking

• The automatic tracking feature requires Notification Access permission.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to read notification data on the device where you install Finora.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Advanced features like data exports (CSV/JSON), budget alerts, and unlimited transaction histories require a Premium Subscription.

• All payments are handled securely through the Google Play Store billing system.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in the Google Play subscription panel.

5. Limitation of Liability

Finora is a budgeting and tracking tool. We are not a bank, investment advisor, or financial institution. In no event shall VRR Software Solutions be liable for financial decisions made using calculations provided in the app.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
